You can view and download your sales receipt right from your order confirmation email. We also store a copy in your account’s Order History section, so you can access it anytime. If you placed your order as a guest, just contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll send the receipt to your email.

Once your order is confirmed, payment is received, and we’ve purchased your gift, it cannot be refunded. This is because many of our items, such as cakes, flowers, and personalized gifts are prepared or sourced especially for you. However, if there’s an issue with your order upon delivery, please reach out to us right away, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
